When submitting a panel please do not submit under multiple names or anywhere else other than this submission form. This is the quickest and easiest way to submit. We do our best to try and get your panel on specific days, times and panel rooms but with the amount of panels submissions we get it’s not always possible. We also can supply Projectors, projection screens and sound but any other supplies needed will be provided by the panelist. If you have special requests, please put them in the comments section. If you do reserve equipment, please let us know in the comments what connections you will need to connect to your devices. We start sending out acceptance notifications in May although you may receive approval before then.
